No fitting needed?
You can send your garments to us with clear details of everything you'd like chnaged. This is ideal for straightforward alterations where you already know exactly what you need

Simply let us know when completing the order form. Once your booking has been reviewed and confirmed, we'll arange a fitting with you
3 - Your booking is confirmed
Fittings can take placie either at your home or Kateri Studios

Once your order form has been submitted, we'll review the details and confirm your booking. We'll then arrange the next step with you, including where and when to meet.
4 - Your fitting
15-30 minutes, tailored to you

If you've chosen a fitting, we'll spend 15-30 minute assesing the garment,
​
- allowing us to check the fit
- Pin or mark alterations where needed
- discus your desired result
- assess the garment, fabric and construction - confirm the work & cost required
- take a deposit
3 - Your booking is confirmed

5 - We get to work
Your garment, carefully considered

Once everything has been agreed. I'll get started on your order. Each garment is worked on individually, taking into account the fabric, construction, techniques and time needed to acheive the best result

The aim is to have your order ready within a week, wherever possible. Not including shipping time
6 - Get your garment back
£10 Collection & drop off service
For an additional £10, your garment can be collected and returned to you at an arranged time
Studio Collection
You can collect your finished garment from Kateri Studios during an agreed collection time
Postage
Your finished garment can also be shipped back to the senders' address
